Our mission at THS is to help rescue animals, reduce pet overpopulation through loving adoptions, provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to all animals and the humane treatment of all animals, low cost Spay/Neuter assistance, and to broaden clinic participation and develop educational information on these important issues. THS promotes and educates the humane way to handle the Feral Cat population by the means of (TNR) Trap-Neuter-Return.
